It was August 2008, when V. Spencer set out to become an Ultimate GentleWoMan of Alpha Psi Kappa Fraternity, Inc. Her Quest did not end until November 14, 2008 in Saint Louis, Missouri where she crossed the Burning Baby Blue Sandz and was transformed into Carpe Diem under the line theme "Veni Vidi Vici." Carpe Diem founded Epsilon Colony, so that she could expand Alpha Psi Kappa to the Sandz in "The Bay Area" of California and thus was the birth of the Exquisite Epsilon Colony. The Epsilon Colony will serve the BAY AREA INCLUDING: San Francisco, San Jose, Livermore, San Leandro, Hayward, Oakland, Berkeley and all other areas within these boundaries . |  |
